Who will write the Pages Main officers or Active members

Due to difficulty of time and distance, we will encourage main officers or active member to write, especially for the once who went back for the winter camp. Other members can write something shortly.

How to let many people write at the same time

You can cut the page into several parts and give each person one piece to create their own. You can give the guideline what to write to them. In the end, you will put all pieces together like a puzzle. (It is a great way to bound local active members too.)

How many pages for each chapter

6 sides of a page for maximum and 2 sides of a page for minimum

Layout of the booklet

1. Use Three Ring Binder for 8x11 papers so every chapter or local members can have
more time to do the pages without any time or distance concern.
2. Recommend to use white 8x11 paper, because we plan to use all hand written
and people can draw pictures. Papers will not be provided.
3. Put each page in a protection sheet, please provide it yourself except you do not
have any.

Timetable

1. Each chapter gets to keep the booklet for one week to ten days. It depends on
when the booklet arrives. (how many participates)
2. The booklet will be send out from Boston March 6 and pass around the world
until Nov 20, 1999
3. Then it will pass around Canada and USA first and then a next country.
4. Some chapters can choose the time that they prefer due to their special events.
5. Chapter is allowed to change the time if the other is able to switch the time. (Just need to
let the project coordinator, Mendy, notice much earlier.)
6. We plan to have for mailing the booklet for each chapter.
